Our Mission
At the heart of Masterpiece Youth Foundation is a simple belief: every young person deserves support, guidance, and a community that believes in their potential.
Founded by Daysha Marfell, who was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, the organization was created from a lifelong passion for helping others. Throughout the years, Daysha witnessed gaps in community support and resources for youth and families. Rather than waiting for change, she chose to become part of the solution.
Inspired by the belief that "it takes a village" to nurture, guide, and empower the next generation, Daysha dedicated herself to building meaningful opportunities that help young people grow, succeed, and discover their purpose. Her journey continued when she relocated to Arizona in 2013. Fast forward 2026 Daysha is still strengthening her commitment to serving communities and creating everlasting impact.
Today, Masterpiece Youth Foundation is focused on uplifting youth and families through mentorship, education, community engagement, and supportive programs designed to encourage personal growth and positive outcomes. We believe every individual is a masterpiece with unique gifts, talents, and potential waiting to be developed.
